Te invitamos a aplicar para ser nuestro próximo “Restaurant Manager” en nuestra locación “El Jardín”. Debes tener experiencia de más de tres (3 años) administrando restaurantes mexicanos. Es un requisito ser bilingüe (Español – Inglés) y garantizar el seguimiento de todos los procesos del restaurante. En sus responsabilidades están el manejo de personal, supervisión de la contratación y formación de empleados, gestión de inventarios, análisis y reporte del payroll, administración del local con enfoque al cumplimiento de ventas, preparar informes periódicos para la alta dirección y fortalecer la cultura del servicio al cliente en todos los empleados. Buscamos una persona proactiva, responsable y honesta. Un título en Administración, negocios o afines es una ventaja para esta aplicación

We invite you to apply to be our next "Restaurant Manager" in our location “El Jardín”. You must have experience of more than three (3) years managing any Mexican restaurant(s). It is a requirement to be bilingual (Spanish – English) and guarantee the monitoring of all restaurant processes. Responsibilities include personnel management, supervision of the hiring and training of employees, inventory management, payroll analysis and reporting, local administration with a focus on sales compliance, preparing periodic reports for senior management, and strengthening the culture of the customer service in all employees. We are looking for a proactive, responsible, and honest person. A degree in Management, Business, or related is a plus (but not required) for this application
Responsabilidades
Oversee day-to-day operations
Design strategy and set goals for growth
Maintain budgets and optimize expenses
Set policies and processes
Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally
Oversee recruitment and training of new employees
Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance
Direct the employee assessment process
Prepare regular reports for upper management
Ensure staff follows health and safety regulations
Provide solutions to issues (e.g. profit decline, employee conflicts, loss of business to competitors)
Habilidades
Proven experience as a General Manager or similar executive role
Experience in planning and budgeting
Knowledge of business process and functions (finance, HR, procurement, operations etc.)
Strong analytical ability
Excellent communication skills
Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
Problem-solving aptitude
BSc/BA in Business or relevant field; MSc/MA is a plus

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
