Lead Front End Developer (React..js)

Location: Hybrid Philadelphia (2 days/week on site) Key Responsibilities Lead the design, architecture, and development of complex front-end applications using React.js, Next.js, and TypeScript Build scalable, multi-tenant frontend platforms that support multiple clients, brands, or business units Develop and maintain reusable component libraries, design systems, and shared UI frameworks Architect and implement efficient API integration patterns (REST, GraphQL) to consume backend services Collaborate with backend engineers to define API contracts and ensure seamless data flow between systems Optimize application performance, scalability, and responsiveness across web and mobile platforms Drive frontend best practices, including code quality, testing, accessibility, and performance standards Lead code reviews, mentor junior developers, and provide technical guidance to the team Partner with product, design, and engineering stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable solutions Support CI/CD pipelines and modern build tools for frontend delivery Required Qualifications 7+ years of front-end development experience with a focus on modern JavaScript frameworks Strong expertise in React.js, Next.js, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript Experience building and supporting React Native applications for mobile platforms Proven experience designing and implementing multi-tenant frontend architectures Strong understanding of API integration patterns Solid understanding of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and accessibility standards Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.
