Travel RN - ICU

American Traveler is hiring an ICU RN for night shifts requiring at least 2 years of CICU experience and valid IL RN licensure.Job Details• Work in a 6-bed ICU unit within an acute care, Magnet-designated hospital,• Care for critically ill adult patients with 1:1 or 1:2 nurse-to-patient ratios,• Night shifts (3x12 hours), including every other weekend,• Floating to Medical Cardiology or Med/Surg units may be required within scope,• Uses EPIC charting system,• No on-call responsibilities,Job Requirements• Active IL RN license required at the time of consideration (no pending licenses accepted),• Minimum 2 years of recent ICU RN experience outside of orientation,• Current certifications: ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS,• EPIC EMR experience required,• Must reside outside a 75-mile radius from the facility,• First-time travelers accepted,• No previous permanent employment at the facility within the past year,Additional Information• Provide care for high-acuity patients with support from Tele-ICU intensivist consultants,• Must be self-motivated and able to work autonomously; may serve as relief charge nurse,• Up to 7 days of RTO allowed per 13-week contract, but not permitted during the first week of orientation,• Navy scrubs required,• No local candidates accepted,
