STUDIO MANAGER / EXECUTIVE ASSISTANTNashville, TN (with occasional travel to Costa Rica)Part-Time to Start | Growth Path to Full-Time---ABOUT THE ROLEWe're looking for a rare kind of person — someone equally comfortable managing a session booking for a Grammy-winning artist and coordinating a beachfront resort check-in in Costa Rica. This is a dynamic, mostly remote-friendly role supporting a Nashville recording studio complex (3 rooms) and an 8-bedroom luxury villa and studio in Guanacaste, Costa Rica.This role starts part-time, with a clear path to full-time for the right candidate who hits performance milestones. If you're self-driven, love variety, and want a position that's anything but ordinary, keep reading.---WHAT YOU'LL DO• Manage calendars and bookings for 3 Nashville recording studios and their engineering/production staff• Administer guest and client bookings for a high-end beachfront resort villa in Costa Rica (Airbnb, direct bookings, and inquiry management)• Initiate and manage social media content and campaigns for both the studios and the resort• Process invoicing and accounts receivable — you'll need to be comfortable following up firmly and professionally until bills are paid• Coordinate occasional local errands and logistics in Nashville• Communicate with Spanish-speaking clients, guests, and vendors as needed• Support general business operations and help identify opportunities to grow revenue across both properties• Occasional on-site presence in Costa Rica to assist with groups or events (a plus, not required)---WHO YOU ARE• Warm, outgoing, and client-facing. Guests and artists should love dealing with you• Unflappable around notable names.
