In this role, the R&D Engineer is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining functionality related to Simulation Process Data Management in an agile environment. RESPONSIBILITIESPerforms moderately complex development activities, including the design, implementation, maintenance, testing and documentation of software modules and sub-systemsUnderstands and employs best practicesPerforms moderately complex bug verification, release testing and beta support for assigned products.Researches problems discovered by QA or product support and develops solutionsUnderstands the marketing requirements for a product, including target environment, performance criteria and competitive issuesWorks under the general supervision of a development managerMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSBS in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field with 2 years' experience or MSWorking experience with software design and development methodologies · Experience with C#, javascript, web development, software configuration management, and scripting languages, such as pythonPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSTechnical knowledge and experience with Angular and ReactExperience with developing on, and configuration of operating systems, such as Windows and LinuxExperience in a large-scale commercial software development environmentGood communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to learn quickly and to collaborate with others in a geographically distributed teamRewards and Benefits:We offer a comprehensive range of health, wellness, and financial benefits to cater to your needs.
