Outpatient Pediatrician: BE/BC MD/DO, greater Dayton area, established practice, $210k neg., 15% bonus potential, 20-25 patients/day, 1-in-4 On Call .PMSllcDFJO043Seeking a board certified or board eligible Pediatrician to join a very successful practice with a 95% outpatient, 5% inpatient workload, and a 1-in-4 call rotation, supported by a long-term staff that is eager to welcome a new physician to the team. You will see 20 to 25 patients per day, including a limited inpatient population and newborns in the Birthing Center on a state-of-the-art medical campus. The medical group that manages the Pediatrics practice currently employs over 40 healthcare providers in specialties of family practice, internal medicine, pediatrics, OB/GYN, endocrinology, and ENT, and is supported by over 100 employees in 7 county-wide locations.This employment opportunity provides the benefit of hospital employment in cooperation with a strong pediatric team, guaranteed salary, incentive plan, benefits, signing bonus, and relocation allocation. Office space is within a new building on the medical center campus. The pediatrics practice team is expanding in response to market data showing that the population-to-physician ratios, outmigration, and physician life cycles of the current medical staff fall short of optimums for the existing service area, as is demonstrated by the practice s beyond-capacity clientele.
