Logistics Coordinator

Job DescriptionAs a Logistics Coordinator at Tech Cargo, you will play a vital role in the successful operations of your assigned clients. You will be responsible for managing the entire logistics process from origin to destination, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of shipments.Key Responsibilities:Manage the entire shipment lifecycle:Schedule, dispatch, plan, track, and trace shipments.Coordinate with transportation providers to ensure prompt and proper movement of shipments.Coordinate freight claims, provide rate quotes and analysis, and monitor carrier quality standards.Identify and resolve potential shipping delays or issues, implementing corrective action plans as needed.Provide exceptional customer service:Communicate effectively with clients and carriers to schedule shipment activities.Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.Ensure high-quality service delivery to all parties.Manage documentation and compliance:Prepare and review all necessary documentation for domestic and international shipments, ensuring accuracy.Track and resolve shipping errors.Receive and review bills.Create and send invoices to clients.Ensure compliance with all relevant industry laws, regulations, and requirements.Qualifications:At least 3 years of experience as a Logistics Coordinator or in a similar role within the freight forwarding industry.Strong understanding of international trade and logistics principles.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Experience with Magaya is a plus.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong customer service focus with a problem-solving mindset.Meticulous attention to detail.Ability to work independently and contribute effectively within a team.Fluent in Spanish and EnglishBenefits:Competitive salary and incentive program.Hybrid work: While on-site training is required in Miami during your first few weeks, you will have the opportunity to work remotely after the initial training period.Comprehensive benefits package available including: Healthcare & Dental & Vision Insurance options.Paid Vacation & Holidays.
