Settlement CoordinatorJoin House Buyers of America as a Settlement Coordinator, where you'll be key to ensuring our property acquisitions and dispositions successfully reach settlement in a timely manner. Your Responsibilities:Process acquisitions swiftly to get properties on the market without delay. Serve as a dedicated representative to our clients throughout the settlement journey. Review, enter contracts and settlement statements, and ensure accurate data entry into our CRM. Build and maintain relationships with title companies to guarantee timely settlement processing. Support property marketing activities including professional photography, online listings, and staging. Collaborate with the construction department to ensure all projects are completed before listing. Assist with the company's expansion into new geographical markets. Sign closing documents as needed. About You:You possess 2+ years of experience in the settlement or title industry. You hold a High School Degree (Bachelor's degree preferred).
