Field Project Address:8492-8354 W N Royster Rd Robards, Kentucky 42452Moss SolarPOSITION SCOPE AND ORGANIZATIONAL IMPACTMoss is the #1 Solar EPC and is currently seeking an experienced Electrical Journeyman to support our electrical team in Robards, Kentucky.ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESSupervise multiple electrical crews ensuring we are compliant with state statutesSupervise, mentor, and train apprenticesEnsuring quality workmanship and adherence to safety proceduresRun electrical wiring for DC and AC circuits according to project specifications and local codesDiagnosing and resolving electrical issues within solar PV systemsPerforming routine inspections and maintenance checks on solar installationsEnsure all electrical work complies with state and local building codes and regulationsPerform other duties as assigned REQUIREMENTSMust enjoy working outdoors in all types of weatherMust be able to walk, stand, kneel, and lift heavy materials, adhering to all safety standardsMust have reliable transportation to and from the project siteAbility to convey a positive and professional attitude, adhering to Moss core valuesTo ensure a safe work environment, a pre-employment drug screening is required EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCEState Journeyman license required for the state employed in * Minimum of High School diploma requiredProficiency in using electrical tools and testing equipment for solar installationsComfortable working in a fast-moving dynamic environment with ability to handle a high pressure environment, and prioritize work effectivelyDetail oriented, organized, and efficient individual able to complete tasks in a timely and accurate mannerOB LOCATION: Robards, KentuckyCLASSIFICATION: FULL TIME - NON-EXEMPT -HOURLY REPORTS TO: ELECTRICAL SUPERINTENDENTMoss is an equal opportunity employer.
