Arctic Wolf focuses on simplifying complex security challenges for resource-constrained IT and security leaders while continually strengthening customers’ security posture.Role Description The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is a full-time, on-site role based in Minneapolis, MN. The SDR will focus on identifying and qualifying new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, inbound lead follow-up, and targeted outreach to potential customers. Day-to-day responsibilities include researching accounts, engaging prospects via phone, email, and social channels, and scheduling discovery meetings or demos for the sales team. The SDR will maintain accurate records in the CRM system, collaborate closely with account executives and marketing to optimize messaging, and consistently meet or exceed activity and pipeline generation goals. This role involves learning Arctic Wolf’s security solutions, clearly communicating their value, and contributing to a positive, performance-driven team environment.Qualifications Candidates should possess skills in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to effectively identify, contact, and qualify prospects.Candidates should possess strong Sales and Business Development skills to build pipeline, nurture relationships, and support deal progression.Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and active listening.Relevant qualifications include experience in B2B technology or cybersecurity sales, familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), and comfort with high-volume outreach.Additional beneficial qualifications include goal-oriented mindset, resilience in a fast-paced environment, collaborative working style, and a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
