Together, we combine advanced AI-driven technology with high-impact paid media and creator marketing- enabling brands to scale campaigns with precision and measurable performance.Our fast-growing U.S. team manages all partnerships across the North American market.To learn more about us, you can check us out here!Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and performance-driven Paid Partnerships Manager to own, execute, and optimize campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and TikTok. This role is critical in bridging influencer marketing and paid media amplification. Ensuring campaigns not only look great but drive measurable business results.In addition to hands-on campaign management, this role is client-facing and requires confidence presenting performance insights, leading recap calls, and proactively identifying growth opportunities. You will work closely with our partnerships and account management teams to amplify creator content, scale performance campaigns, and maximize ROI for our clients.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild Manage and optimize strategic partnerships with Google, Meta, TikTok, and other ecosystem partners to strengthen our marketplace presencePlan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta and TikTokDesign, identify, and qualify high-impact partnership programs while maintaining authentic relationships with Partner Managers, Sales Representatives, and Product Leads across platformsDevelop full-funnel strategies (awareness, consideration, conversion)Optimize influencer-generated content for paid amplificationConduct A/B testing on creatives, copy, audiences, and placementsMonitor daily performance and adjust budgets to maximize ROAS and CPA targetsBuild custom audiences, lookalikes, retargeting flows, and scaling strategiesAnalyze campaign performance and deliver clear, actionable reports to clients and internal teamsCollaborate with creative and influencer teams to develop high-performing ad assetsStay ahead of platform updates, trends, and algorithm changesManage monthly budgets across multiple client accountsServe as a trusted advisor for clients on paid media best practices and platform evolutionStay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and new partnership opportunities to inform strategy and innovationRequirements3+ years of experience in Account Management or Client Facing roles - ideally in B2B SaaS, AdTech/MarTech, or data platforms 2+ years of experience in running Paid Marketing campaigns on Meta and/or Google Proven track record of scaling performance campaigns with measurable ROIStrong understanding of influencer marketing and content amplificationExperience managing multiple client accounts simultaneouslyProficiency in Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, GA4, and performance tracking toolsStrong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategyExcellent presentation and client communication/reporting skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced agency environmentNice to HaveExperience working in an influencer marketing agencyFamiliarity with UGC-focused creative strategiesExperience with conversion tracking, pixels, and server-side trackingKnowledge of e-commerce performance marketing
