Role Description The District Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the United States. In this position, you will oversee and manage multiple retail locations to drive sales performance, ensure operational excellence, and develop strong, motivated teams. Responsibilities include achieving revenue and profitability targets, implementing sales strategies, supporting location managers, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience across all stores within your assigned district. You will also be responsible for monitoring and analyzing sales metrics, mentoring team members, and fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment. Qualifications Proven leadership skills, including team development, coaching, and mentoring abilities.Proficiency in sales management, revenue growth strategies, and performance monitoring.Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement effective action plans.Experience in retail management, particularly in the wireless technology industry, is preferred.Ability to manage multiple stores and priorities effectively under time constraints.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or equivalent experience is desirable.Willingness to travel within the assigned district as required.
