Engagement Type Contract Minimum Qualifications Completion of undergraduate core program in computer science or information systems; AND 24 months of experience in software development/implementation. Or 48 months of experience in software development/implementation.. Preferred Technical Skills & Experience Backend: Strong proficiency in C#, .NET Core / .NET 8+, ASP.NET Web API, and Entity Framework. Frontend: Experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern frameworks (e.g., Angular, React, or Blazor). Database: Strong SQL Server skills Tools: Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD workflows. Security: Understanding of secure coding practices (OWASP Top 10) and identity management (OAuth, OpenID Connect).
