Engineer Process
Salary range $95,000 to $130,000 based on experience
Job Responsibilities:
Conduct analysis of production processes and identify areas for improvement
Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
Design and implement process controls
Monitor production processes to ensure consistency and quality of output
Participate in new product development and launch processes
Fill-in for the Quality-Shipping Manager when they are off
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
3+ years of related experience
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience with process optimization and control methods
Knowledge of manufacturing principles and practices
Familiarity with statistical analysis tools and techniques
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
