Our commitment to providing exceptional care, despite any challenges, goes beyond just a job; it's a calling that drives us forward every day.Job OverviewThis position is responsible for the day-to-day 'back office' operations of the clinic by overseeing the employees in providing nursing care to the clinic patients as well as implementing and assuring quality medical management and cost-containment health services to patients.Minimum Requirements* Graduation from an accredited LVN school, coupled with a Current LVN license issued by the State of California required.* A minimum of three years of experience working in clinical care management in an outpatient setting, preferably in a Family setting* A practice environment is also required.* IV Certification required.* Prior supervisory experience preferred.* Prior experience with an Electronic Health/Medical (EHR/EMR) system preferred.* Bilingual English/Spanish/Mandarin/Cantonese, depending on location preferred.* A minimum requirement of a valid BLS certification or higher, following the American Heart Association (AHA) or the American Red Cross guidelines.CompensationPay for this job starts at $77,126.00 annuallyCompensation DisclaimerActual salary offers are considered by various factors, including budget, experience, skills, education, licensure and certifications, and other business considerations.
