Apply via Dice today!We are seeking an experienced WMS Program Manager to lead daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inventory management, logistics coordination, and team performance in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily receiving, shipping, storage, and inventory handling operations.Ensure compliance with warehouse safety standards, operational procedures, and legal regulations.Maintain inventory accuracy, monitor stock levels, and coordinate with procurement teams to meet demand.Manage damaged or expired stock liquidation processes efficiently.Recruit, train, coach, and schedule warehouse staff while supporting team development and performance improvement.Track and analyze warehouse KPIs such as picking accuracy, turnaround time, and operational efficiency.Identify operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements.Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), specifically Manhattan Active WMS, to optimize warehouse operations.Required Skills & QualificationsStrong experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, and logistics management.Hands-on experience with Manhattan Active WMS.Knowledge of warehouse safety, compliance, and operational best practices.Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage KPIs and drive continuous operational improvements.Excellent communication and coordination abilities in a fast-paced environment.
