Principal Program Manager

Job Description: Provide acquisition and program management support in accordance with FAR, DoDI 5000.02, and applicable Air Force guidanceSupport development and maintenance of acquisition reports, briefings, schedules, and program documentationAssist Program Managers and IPT Leads with program execution, acquisition planning, and risk management activitiesSupport cost, schedule, and performance management efforts across acquisition and development programsReview and support acquisition documentation including RFPs, SRDs, SOWs, CDRLs, LCSPs, APBs, and milestone briefingsSupport implementation and execution of acquisition and development activities with Government and contractor teamsAssist with development of acquisition strategies, source selection documentation, and program risk assessmentsReview contractor deliverables, schedules, and integration activitiesSupport Mission Planning Environment (MPE) activities, software development evaluations, and operational planning effortsProvide support for EVM analysis, funding documentation, and acquisition reporting activitiesRequirements: Must be a US citizenMust have and be able to maintain a Top Secret Level ClearanceMaster's Degree or Bachelor's Degree in a related field with 15+ years of directly related experience5 years of experience in DoDExperience with Air Battle ManagementExperience with Air Operations Weapons School/Top Gun GraduateKnowledge of DoDI 5000.02 and 5000.75 acquisition processesExperience supporting acquisition lifecycle management activitiesFamiliarity with cloud-based systems and cloud cost/performance managementFamiliarity with Agile methodologies, CI/CD, DevSecOps, and DevOps principlesExperience using Microsoft Office and DoD acquisition systems including IDECS, EDA, and CCaR.Benefits: medical, dental, vision, life insuranceTricare supplementshort-term disabilitylong-term disability401(k) matchflexible spending accountshealth savings accountsemployee assistance programlearning and development benefitpaid time offholidays
