Duties and Responsibilities
Task Obliteration Mastery: crush tasks and maintain to‑do lists with speed and precision.
Team Collaboration: work closely with the team to ensure smooth client interactions.
Appointment Setting: manage calendars and schedule client appointments.
Written Communication: craft clear and engaging written messages for clients.
Triage Incoming Tickets: prioritize and route tickets to the correct team members.
Processing Quick Quote Requests: provide accurate pricing information swiftly.
Adhere to Department Workflow Processes: follow established workflow processes for consistent client service.
Requirements
Detail‑oriented with a proven track record of task management.
Exceptional appointment scheduling skills, navigating multiple calendars and time zones.
Strong written communication abilities.
