Team members collaborate closely to ensure each client receives a tailored and exceptional experience.Role Description The Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Miami, FL. This role oversees pool and water feature projects from planning through completion, managing scope, schedule, budget, and quality. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with clients, designers, subcontractors, and suppliers; developing and updating project plans; and ensuring that materials, permits, and inspections are in place to keep work on track. The Project Manager will monitor construction progress, lead on-site meetings, resolve issues in the field, and enforce safety and compliance standards. The role also involves tracking project documentation, reporting status to leadership and clients, and continuously improving processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.QualificationsStrong project coordination and oversight skills, including Project Management experience in construction or related fields.Experience with Expediting and working as an Expeditor to ensure timely delivery of materials, permits, and approvals.Knowledge of Inspection processes and standards to support code compliance and quality control on job sites.Logistics Management skills to plan, schedule, and optimize labor, equipment, and material flow.Proven ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts.Excellent organizational, time-management, and problem-solving abilities in fast-paced environments.Clear, professional communication skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.Proficiency with project management and construction-related software tools (e.g., scheduling and documentation platforms).Experience in pool construction, luxury outdoor environments, or similar specialty trades is preferred.Relevant education or training in construction management, engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
