Construction Project Manager

Job Description We are seeking a full-time Construction Project Manager to join our amazing team!Must have a minimum of 3 Years of Experience in either Commercial or Residential construction fields.Please, no recruiters.You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation.Responsibilities:Oversee all aspects of the construction project from planning to implementationMust be able to put together detailed construction schedules.Allocate resources and additional subcontractors as needed for assigned projectsManage site Superintendent and subcontractors.Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clientsNegotiate with contractorsMaintain high standards of workmanship and respect for clients, vendors, and colleagues.Qualifications:Previous experience in construction management or site superintendentFamiliarity with construction management softwareStrong leadership qualitiesStrong negotiation skillsDeadline and detail-orientedAble to handle client requests in a timely manner
