This role sits at the intersection of creative strategy and campaign execution—sourcing and managing talent, driving content quality, and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver measurable results. This is a full-time, in-office role based in our NYC headquarters, four days a week with Fridays off.Compensation $70,000 – $85,000 base salary depending on experience, with annual compensation reviews based on performance. Potential semi-annual bonus based on company and individual performance.Key Responsibilities Influencer & Creator StrategySource and vet influencers using keywords, competitor insights, and trend analysis; evaluate alignment with campaign objectives through audience authenticity platformsLead influencer and UGC partnerships end-to-end—from outreach and negotiation to brief development and content approvalIdeate and collaborate with creators to produce authentic content that resonates with target audiencesStay current on platform trends, emerging creators, and top-performing formats across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTubeCampaign Execution & OperationsManage campaign timelines, deliverables, and revision cycles across multiple clients simultaneouslyOrganize and track content submissions, client approvals, and QA on live posts for accuracy and brand alignmentMaintain project tracking in ClickUp (or equivalent), proactively flagging risks before they impact deliveryCollaborate with the paid media team to adapt influencer assets for performance across platformsReporting & InsightsPull and analyze influencer post performance metrics; synthesize findings into client-ready decksCompile reports showcasing industry insights, influencer performance, and forward-looking opportunitiesPartner with internal teams to optimize future campaigns based on data and learningsCross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with creative, design, paid media, and account teams to ensure seamless executionAssist with copywriting and content review to ensure messaging is on-brand and aligned with campaign goalsSupport preparation of client presentations and performance reviewsWhat We're Looking For 2–4 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, or integrated campaign management—agency experience preferredStrong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube; fluent in influencer and UGC content strategiesAbility to analyze performance data and translate findings into actionable recommendationsExceptional organizational and communication skills with strong attention to detailExperience with influencer platforms (HypeAuditor, or similar) is a plusFamiliarity with project management tools (ClickUp, Asana, etc.) and Google WorkspaceBasic design skills or familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is a plusActive user of AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity, etc.) with hands-on experience applying them to real work—from research and analysis to ideation and storytellingWho We Are Direct Agents is not a traditional agency.
