This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced, highly collaborative marketing organization focused on driving customer engagement, conversion, and revenue growth through data-driven campaign execution and performance marketing strategies.Location: Manhattan, New York (5 days onsite)Duration: 6+ month contract with strong potential for extension or conversion to full-timeHours: 40 hours/weekPay Rate: $50–55/hour (W2)POSITION OVERVIEWThe Campaign Marketing Manager will play a key role in executing and optimizing integrated marketing campaigns focused on customer acquisition, engagement, personalization, and conversion. This position sits within a highly cross-functional marketing team and is responsible for managing campaigns from planning through execution, reporting, and performance analysis.Campaign Management & ExecutionOwn end-to-end execution of integrated marketing campaigns across email, digital placements, and owned channelsCoordinate campaign timelines, approvals, workflows, and launch readiness across cross-functional teamsSupport promotional marketing initiatives and customer engagement programs designed to drive conversion and revenue growthExecute campaigns tied to strategic partnerships, customer benefits, loyalty initiatives, and seasonal promotionsManage multiple campaigns simultaneously while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely deliveryCreative Development & Brand CollaborationPartner closely with internal brand, creative, and operations teams to develop campaign assets and messagingSupport development of email campaigns, digital banners, promotional content, and customer-facing marketing materialsEnsure creative assets align with brand standards, campaign objectives, and approval processesCoordinate feedback cycles and stakeholder alignment throughout campaign developmentReporting, Analytics & OptimizationAnalyze campaign performance data and identify actionable insights, trends, and optimization opportunitiesMonitor key performance metrics including conversion rates, sales performance, engagement, and customer acquisitionPartner with Data & Analytics teams to support audience segmentation, reporting, experimentation, and performance measurementBuild executive-ready summaries and campaign recaps using reporting dashboards and presentation toolsCross-Functional Partnership & CommunicationCollaborate with marketing, analytics, product, operations, and partnership teams to drive campaign executionProvide proactive communication and status updates to stakeholders and leadershipSupport executive presentations, campaign readouts, and strategic planning discussionsContribute to process improvements and operational efficiencies across marketing workflowsREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS5+ years of experience in performance marketing, lifecycle marketing, CRM marketing, growth marketing, or marketing analyticsProven experience managing integrated marketing campaigns from strategy through execution and reportingStrong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and translate findings into actionable recommendationsExperience working cross-functionally within large, matrixed organizationsExcellent project management, organizational, and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and operate effectively in a fast-paced environmentStrong PowerPoint/presentation development skills and executive communication abilitiesPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSExperience within financial services, travel, hospitality, loyalty, or consumer marketing environmentsFamiliarity with experimentation strategies, audience segmentation, and performance optimizationExperience using Tableau or similar reporting/dashboarding toolsExperience with workflow management tools such as Monday.com or similar project management platformsComfortable working in ambiguous environments and independently driving initiatives forwardThe salary range for this position is $50-55/hour.
