If you enjoy cross-team collaboration and making processes better, you will thrive here.Job SummaryAs a Campaign Management Associate in Marketing Growth and Innovation, you drive execution and creative management of credit card marketing campaigns across channels such as email, direct mail, and owned media. You coordinate timelines, stakeholders, and approvals to ensure campaigns are delivered accurately and on time. You look for ways to improve end-to-end processes while balancing customer experience, speed to market, and a strong control environment. Your work helps us deliver marketing that is clear, compliant, and consistent for customers.Job ResponsibilitiesExecute credit card marketing campaigns aligned to strategic direction on product positioning, offers, and placementManage creative development and coordinate campaign assets across supported channelsLead campaign workflows, timelines, and approvals to ensure seamless end-to-end deliveryPartner with a diverse, dispersed group of stakeholders to drive alignment and timely decisionsMaintain a customer-first lens to support a consistent, high-quality customer experienceIdentify process gaps and implement improvements that increase efficiency and speed to marketApply strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy across creative, offers, and execution detailsSupport clear documentation of campaign requirements, decisions, and approvalsMonitor execution progress and proactively resolve risks, issues, and dependenciesEnsure campaigns meet regulatory and internal review requirementsPromote a strong control environment through disciplined adherence to procedures and processesRequired Qualifications, Capabilities, and SkillsThree or more years of campaign management or project management experience in marketing, advertising, media, agency, or creative strategyBachelor's degree requiredStrong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlinesResults-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail and follow-throughProven problem-solving skills and comfort navigating ambiguityStrong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and align partnersStrong interpersonal skills and demonstrated leadership potentialFlexible, positive, and collaborative working styleCurious, improvement-focused mindset that embraces technology and challenges the status quoCustomer-obsessed approach, with an ability to consider the end-to-end customer experienceDemonstrated commitment to risk awareness, controls, and compliance in customer-facing workPreferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and SkillsCredit card or broader financial services marketing experienceExperience supporting multi-channel campaigns, including email, direct mail, and owned mediaExperience improving workflows and operational processes across marketing executionFamiliarity with creative development and approval workflows in regulated environmentsApplicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the US.
