Marketing plays a central role in shaping how our products are understood in the market, how we go to market, and how we enable our commercial teams to win larger, more complex deals.We're looking for a product marketing manager to enable our sales team, strengthen our positioning, grow and commercialise our lending propositions in the US market.This role sits at the intersection of commercial and marketing, it involves sales enablement and organizing cross-channel campaigns, collaborating with the larger marketing team. The role involves owning product positioning, coming up with industry & customer stories & narratives, shaping go-to-market strategy and designing campaigns that support growth, while ensuring our sales teams are equipped with the messaging, narratives and materials they need to convert effectively.Success is largely defined by the improvement of sales teams' metrics and our ability to get demand from new types of clients & segments.You'll collaborate closely with the Debt Finance team in the US, as well as the skilled Marketing team within the UK, to turn complex lending propositions into clear, compelling stories that resonate in the market and perform in sales conversations. Strong stakeholder management will be essential to ensure alignment and impact.What you'll doDevelop clear, differentiated positioning, value propositions and USPs for specific segments grounded in customer needs, market insight and competitive contextCome up and execute cross-channel campaigns to generate demand or engage the existing customers / prospectsDesign sales-led campaigns and plays that support outbound activity, account targeting and large deal conversionCreate and maintain high-impact sales and marketing collateral, including pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, battlecards and sector-specific materialsPartner closely with Commercial teams to understand objections, friction points and conversion challenges, and address them through stronger positioning and messagingSupport sales teams in unlocking larger opportunities through clearer narratives, proof points and tailored storiesWork with Growth, paid and content specialists to define what should be communicated, to whom and why, while allowing specialists to own channel executionCollaborate with Commercial, Credit, Compliance and Legal to ensure messaging is accurate, credible and commercially effectiveContinuously refine positioning, campaigns and enablement based on performance data, market trends and sales feedbackProvide on-the-ground support to the events team, contributing to the planning and delivery of client events and conferencesWhat we're looking for6 + years experience in product marketing or commercial marketing within B2B, fintech or financial servicesDemonstrated ability to own positioning, messaging and go-to-market strategy for complex productsExperience working closely with sales teams to support commercial performanceConfidence shaping campaign strategy and marketing narratives, even when execution sits with othersAbility to translate complex products and markets into clear, compelling storiesStrategic thinker with strong commercial judgementComfortable working close to revenue and commercial decision-makingStrong stakeholder management across Sales, Product, Growth and ComplianceThis role would require at least 4 days in office as a minimumBenefits & Perks401k plan with Principal (ON match up to 4%)Medical Care (managed through Insperity) - employees can add their family to their plan if neededDental & Vision bundleInsperity Health Savings Account Program - this is a tax-advantaged employee benefit which can help manage health care costs by allowing employees to set aside some of their current earnings on a pretax basis for reimbursement of qualified health care expenses during the plan yearEAP20 days HolidayBasic Salary - $120k - $160k based on experience$140,000 - $180,000 a year
