The Front Office Receptionist will be responsible for greeting clients, answering and directing phone calls, managing front office operations, scheduling appointments, and providing exceptional customer service to clients. Additional responsibilities include maintaining a professional and welcoming environment and assisting with general administrative tasks as needed. This role requires an individual to be in the office during normal business hours Monday through Friday.QualificationsA positive attitudeExcellent communication skills to coordinate with clients and staff effectivelyDetail-oriented with the ability to multitaskBasic knowledge of office softwareHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative or customer service training is a plusAbility to speak Spanish is a plus but not required
