As the first point of contact for our organization, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors and clients. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.Responsibilities: Greet and welcome visitors with a friendly and professional attitude. Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly and courteously. Manage scheduling and coordinate appointments for staff and management. Maintain the reception area to ensure it is clean, organized, and inviting. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence including emails, mail, and packages. Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred. Proven experience in a front office or customer service role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in using office software such as MS Office and scheduling tools.
