This role is ideal for someone with strong experience in healthcare integrations and interoperability who already knows the reporting space and wants to bring that expertise into one of the most active corners of healthcare IT today.Sectra has been a leading PACS provider in North America for years. With more than 10 years in PACS-based reporting and 150 sites across 21 countries, we are now bringing our globally successful reporting offering to the US market. To make this happen, we are building a dedicated reporting specialist team in the US in close collaboration with our HQ product organization in Sweden. This group will help lead successful go-lives with major US health systems while shaping how the team operates moving forward.Your job is to make our customers successful with reporting integrations. You will work directly with hospital IT architects, customer technical teams, and internal engineering resources to design, troubleshoot, and optimize integrations across reporting workflows and healthcare imaging environments.You will help customers get the most from a reporting experience built natively inside the PACS on a cloud-native, true-SaaS architecture with AI integrated directly into the workflow. Because this team sits close to the product organization, your customer interactions will also help shape future product development and workflow improvements.In this role, you will: Design, build, troubleshoot, and support reporting interfaces between Sectra and third-party healthcare systems Lead reporting-related integrations and interoperability workflows across customer environments, including migrations and upgrades from legacy reporting platforms Partner with hospital IT architects and customer technical leads to gather requirements and design integrations that fit the customer’s environment Build and support HL7 messaging (ORU, ORM, MDM), DICOM SR, FHIR-aligned APIs, and other reporting integration technologies, including workflow connectivity between reporting platforms, PACS, RIS, and the broader imaging environment Coordinate with hospital security, network, and identity teams on connectivity, certificate handling, firewall coordination, and SSO setup for cloud-native SaaS deployments Test, validate, and troubleshoot integrations against project and operational requirements, including data integrity checks Contribute to documentation, knowledge sharing, technical escalations, and reporting go-live activities Work cross-functionally with internal applications, engineering, and the HQ product team in Sweden ,To be successful in this role, you should: Have 5–10 years of experience supporting healthcare integrations, interoperability, or interface workflows Have hands-on experience with HL7 messaging (ORU, ORM) in customer deployments, with working familiarity with DICOM, XML, JSON, and healthcare APIs Have hands-on experience with an enterprise radiology dictation platform such as PowerScribe 360, PowerScribe One, Fluency for Imaging, or equivalent solutions Be comfortable troubleshooting technical workflows and complex system interactions Have strong technical problem-solving skills and experience working in customer-facing environments, including with senior hospital IT stakeholders Be organized, detail-oriented, and committed to documentation and process consistency Demonstrate strong collaboration and communication skills Be willing to occasionally support after-hours activities related to customer go-lives or critical deployments Be fluent in English Nice-to-haves (not Required To Apply) Experience working with radiology workflows, PACS, RIS, or imaging environments Exposure to integration engines such as Mirth Experience with SQL, scripting, PowerShell, Python, or JavaScript Familiarity with structured reporting, DICOM SR, or FHIRcast Prior experience with reporting-platform migrations, including PowerScribe 360 transitions Familiarity with integrating against major US EHRs such as Epic, Oracle Cerner, Meditech, or equivalent platforms Exposure to cloud-native healthcare deployments, including TLS and certificate handling, firewall coordination, AD and SSO setup, and HIPAA-aware operations Interest in or exposure to AI operations or machine learning inferencing workflows within healthcare environments Why this role?
