Epic EHR Development Lead

Epic EHR Development Lead is a full-time position responsible for leading the design, configuration, development, and optimization of Epic Electronic Health Record solutions while providing technical and functional leadership across various domains. Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor Epic analysts and developers, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy and Epic best practices Oversee Epic application build and configuration, ensuring adherence to security standards and regulatory requirements Guide the development and support of Epic integrations and collaborate with teams to ensure reliable data exchange and system performance Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Healthcare Informatics, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience) 7+ years of Epic EHR experience, including hands-on build and configuration 3+ years in a lead, senior analyst, or supervisory role supporting Epic systems Active Epic certification(s) in one or more Epic modules Strong understanding of healthcare clinical workflows and operations
