Manufacturing Engineer

The Manufacturing Engineer designs and optimizes manufacturing processes for plastic products to ensure quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.They collaborate with design and quality teams, develop tooling, create work instructions, and implement quality control procedures.The role involves continuous improvement, process validation, and risk mitigation activities.Ideal candidates have at least 3 years of manufacturing experience, knowledge of plastics manufacturing, CAD proficiency, and strong communication skills.Education includes an associate's degree (bachelor’s preferred), with physical ability to handle lifting and work near machinery.Work environment involves moderate noise and exposure to mechanical equipment and fumes.
