We are in search of a candidate who is passionate about the customer experience journey, highly motivated, analytical, and possesses an entrepreneurial mindset.In This Role, You Will Help to standardize the Identity & Access security posture throughout our subsidiary portfolio by bringing locally managed applications and platforms under centralized access management. Work with various teams, departments and organizations within Mastercard to gather and document requirements to integrate applications and platforms to use Mastercard's modern Identity and Access Management systems.Create and contribute to the maintenance of documentation on how to securely integrate subsidiary applications into the Mastercard ecosystem from the Identity and Access Management perspective.Drive Technical implementation of Identity & Access tools, specifically Saviynt IGA platform and EntraID (Azure AD).Be responsible for understanding security policies and industry best practices & compliance.All About YouThe ideal candidate for this position should have: Intermediate knowledge and experience with Identity Governance & Administration solutions (Saviynt / SailPoint)Intermediate skills in EntraID (Azure AD) or another IDP.Intermediate knowledge of modern authorization methodologies and protocols such as SCIM or the use of REST APIs for user and group managementIntermediate knowledge of modern authentication methodologies and protocols, to include SAML, OAUTH 2.0, multifactor authentication methods, conditional access policiesIntermediate understanding of authentication and authorization mechanisms for applications and their use of secrets.The ability to develop project plans for somewhat complex initiatives for streamlined execution, prioritizing various work streams and customer needs.Extensive experience on Identity and Access Management implementations.Information Security experience including risk identification with options and compensating controls to remediate.Experience initiating and managing improvement in Identity and Access Management for the cloud by leveraging process metrics and customer feedback.Experience in auditing security controls, governance, and softer communication skills.Intermediate understanding of security concepts and their applications.
