A company is looking for an Associate General Counsel, Healthcare and Technology. Key Responsibilities Provide senior legal partnership on healthcare, product, privacy, and AI governance matters Offer legal guidance on product development, healthcare regulation, and privacy issues Lead the responsible AI governance program, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards Required Qualifications JD from an accredited law school with active U.S. bar membership 10+ years of legal experience in health tech or digital health, including in-house roles Expertise in healthcare regulatory law, including fraud and abuse laws and telehealth regulations Experience in advising on product development and app deployment in a tech-driven environment Strong understanding of U.S. privacy laws and experience with AI/ML governance initiatives
