Pennsylvania Licensed Associate General Counsel

A company is looking for an Associate General Counsel (Contracts). Key Responsibilities Provide legal advice and counseling to support various departments and business operations Draft, review, and negotiate a high volume of contracts and legal documents Assist in managing the organization's intellectual property portfolio and compliance matters Required Qualifications Juris Doctorate degree from an ABA-accredited law school Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania or eligible for reciprocity Minimum of 7 years of relevant legal experience Familiarity with corporate policy making and data privacy laws (preferred) Understanding of non-profit governance and web accessibility standards (preferred)
