Print Operator/Production Print Technician

Job Description Pay: $29.00 per hourLocation: Maple Grove, MN 55369,Work Schedule: 7:00 am to 4:30 pm; 9/80Job Description:Will print and distribute documents, maintain printers, order, deliver, and perform administrative work for the printing department.Will monitor printing progress, perform basic maintenance on printing machines, such as cleaning and replacing toner, and complete any other duties specific to the job on which you are working.Skills Required:An ideal candidate will have flexibility and time management skills to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.Ability to manage and process high volume copy and print jobs.Technical skills relating to multi-functional printers and software related devices.Ability to operate printing equipment to obtain proficiency as measured through production and quality standards.Inspects variable data print jobs to ensure data is printing in the proper format and locations on documents.Performs quality assurance/quality control reviews.Enters production data into a computerized print management system.Technical skills relating to multi-functional printers and software related devices.Time management skills to balance conflicting demands and tasks.Operates high-speed, production-level presses to produce a variety of forms, letters, manuals, brochures, pamphlets, posters, marketing materials, and other documents.Skills PreferredAbility to understand printing operations and troubleshooting skills to perform simple maintenance of the printers.Experience RequiredMinimum One (1) year of experience in digital printing or related field.Experience PreferredBackground in Graphic Design.Education RequiredHigh school or equivalent.Benefits:Dental insuranceHealth insuranceVision insurance
