We pride ourselves on innovation, precision, and exceptional customer service.Job OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our growing production team. Experience with digital printing equipment, graphics programs, or related printing technologies is a plus, but not required.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate DTF Printing Equipment: Set up, calibrate, and operate DTF printers and associated machinery to produce high-quality transfers. Monitor print jobs and cut and organize transfers while the machine is in operation.Design File Preparation: Review and prepare artwork files for printing, ensuring proper formatting and color accuracy.Heat Press Application: During peak seasons transfer printed designs onto garments using heat press equipment, maintaining consistency and quality.Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on printers to ensure optimal performance and longevity.Quality Control: Inspect finished products for defects or inconsistencies, ensuring they meet ShirtHub's quality standards.Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels of printing supplies, including films, inks, and powders.Collaboration: Work closely with the design and fulfillment teams to coordinate production schedules and meet client deadlines.
