We operate in a collaborative, mission-driven, and growth-focused culture that thrives on creativity and agility.Position SummaryAs a Fullstack Engineer on our Banking Integrations team, you will build and maintain integrations that connect our investing product with traditional banking infrastructure. This role involves backend Python development alongside frontend React/NextJS work for internal tooling. You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure integrations are robust, scalable, and secure, while also helping to set integration best practices and mentor team members.ResponsibilitiesLead the technical strategy and execution of banking integrations.Partner with product, engineering, and client success teams to define requirements and delivery timelines.Design and implement secure, compliant, and scalable integration solutions.Build internal tools in React/NextJS for configuring and launching new bank integrations.Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues across multiple stakeholders.Establish and document integration best practices.Mentor and support fellow engineers on integration-related processes.Qualifications· 5+ years of software engineering experience. · 3+ years of Python experience (FastAPI, DynamoDB preferred). · 2+ years of ReactJS experience (NextJS preferred). · Experience designing APIs and implementing third-party integrations. · Familiarity with authentication standards (OAuth2, OIDC, SAML). · Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts. · Experience working in Agile, startup environments.Nice-to-Haves· SaaS implementation leadership experience. · Background in fintech, banking, or financial services. · Formal background in software engineering or computer science.Why Join Us· Work at the forefront of financial technology innovation. · Collaborate with a passionate, mission-driven team. · Thrive in a startup culture focused on creativity and growth. · Enjoy a flexible, fully remote work environment.
