Overview In this role you will lead the Next Gen Launchers manufacturing program at Moorestown, owning quality, cost and schedule targets while modernizing execution. You will manage a small team and partner across factory operations, sourcing and program office to ensure successful program delivery. The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on program management in a high-profile defense program. You’ll drive production performance improvements and oversee earned value, staffing, and proposals, contributing to national security through innovative launcher manufacturing.
