Associate - Labor & Employment/General Liability - Philadelphia, PA (Hybrid) Weber Gallagher has an immediate opening for an experienced attorney to join the Labor and Employment group in our Philadelphia Office. This candidate will be responsible for handling a wide range of labor and employment matters as well as some general litigation defense matters in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.The successful applicant must have the following:Have a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law schoolHave a minimum of two years of experience, preferably defending labor and employment claimsHave experience, preferably defending liability claims and handling insurance defense and/or complex litigationHave experience drafting pleadings, answering written discovery, taking depositions and participating in arbitrations/trialsHave excellent academic credentials as well as strong research, writing, organization, and analytical skills.Be an active member of the Pennsylvania and New Jersey bars.Weber Gallagher is a thriving and growing firm with more than 140 legal professionals in 13 locations.
