Accounts Receivable Associate(Must speak Polish/English)

As the ideal candidate for the Accounts Receivable Associate role at Polonez-America, you should be organized, and self-motivated with strong math and computer skills. You are fluent in both Polish and English. You will be responsible for providing financial, administrative and clerical services to ensure accuracy and efficiency of operations. You will process and monitor incoming payments and secure revenue by verifying and posting receipts.ResponsibilitiesProcessing documentation and payments from agentsResponding to clients; Questions; Billing; Payment processing; Changing payment methodsMaking bank depositsMonthly reporting of packages, commerce, carton box sales and receipts to CFOProcessing chargebacks, credit card refunds, receipts for driver purchasesReviewing and approving invoices from Karex and Polsped service providers along with reports provided by agentsCreating financial statementsPerform other duties as assignedSkills, Knowledge and AbilitiesDegree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred, but not required1-3 years of previous experience in accounts receivable or billingMust be Bilingual, Polish and English.
