Position DetailsTitle: Java Full Stack DeveloperLocation: Plano, TexasDuration: ContractPay Range: DOEWork Mode: OnsiteIN PERSON DISCUSSION MANDATORY IN FINAL ROUNDWe welcome candidates with all U.S. work authorization types, provided they are legally authorized to work in the United States.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Java, ReactJS, and modern full-stack technologies.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, develop, and deploy new application features.Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while following software engineering best practices.Perform code reviews, troubleshoot application issues, optimize performance, and mentor junior developers.Work closely with Product Managers and UX/UI teams to deliver high-quality, user-centric applications.Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to development processes.Required Skills15+ years of software development experience with strong expertise in Java and ReactJS.Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and state management libraries such as Redux or MobX.Experience developing RESTful APIs, asynchronous programming, and modern web application architectures.Strong understanding of Git, web performance optimization, and responsive web development.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.Preferred ExperienceExperience with TypeScript, Jest, and Enzyme.Familiarity with Agile/Scrum, JIRA, and CI/CD practices.Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.Knowledge of responsive and mobile-first design principles.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.We are committed to fostering an inclusive workplace.
