About the roleWe’re partnering with a global SaaS technology organization on a Director, Total Rewards & HR Operations search. This is a highly visible leadership role reporting into the People leadership team, with ownership across Compensation, Benefits, HR Operations, and HR Systems within a business continuing to evolve through transformation, technology, and AI adoption. Having an established foundational Total Rewards infrastructure, the focus now is on continuing to refine, optimize, and operationalize programs across the organization.
