Residential HVAC Foreman - Lead Install & Team Mentor
Residential HVAC Foreman ResponsibilitiesBuilds positive relationships with customers and team.Provides guidance and knowledge to HVAC Installer/Changeout Helpers on proper skills and training of HVAC changeouts and installation jobs.Works with a team to install new HVAC units in residential homes.Completes required paperwork in a timely manner.Maintains organization of vehicle and company tools.Follows all Gunthers Safety Standards and wears proper PPE at all times.Maintains a positive attitude and supports Gunthers' Core Values and Mission.Completes any additional tasks or work required by Supervisor.Residential HVAC Foreman Qualifications4+ years in residential HVAC installs & changeouts.EPA and RMGA certification required.High School Diploma, or GED.Exceptional leadership skills.Professional demeanor with exceptional communication skills.Must pass an HVAC skills test.Experience with pressure sensors, humidity sensors, rooftop units, make-up air units, differential pressure devices, variable frequency drives, and air handler units.Follows Gunthers dress and grooming policies.
