In this position, you will install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in residential properties, as well as conduct preventive maintenance to ensure long-term efficiency. Responsibilities include diagnosing issues, troubleshooting system malfunctions, and ensuring replacements and repairs meet high-quality standards. You will also collaborate with team members to provide exceptional customer service and maintain a clean and respectful work environment at all times.QualificationsProficiency in Troubleshooting HVAC systems and diagnosing issues effectivelySkills in Plumbing and the ability to perform basic plumbing tasksExperience in Preventive Maintenance to enhance system performance and efficiencyKnowledge of EPA standards and certifications related to HVAC systemsUnderstanding of basic Electricity for equipment installation and repairStrong ability to work in physically demanding and on-site environmentsCustomer-focused approach with excellent communication and interpersonal skillsValid driver's license and a clean driving recordHVAC certification or licensing and prior experience in residential HVAC services is a plus
