Senior PL/SQL Developer

Duties and Responsibilities (Please provide a detailed job description): Contractor shall perform duties as directed by Court and on a Time and Material basis. Duties include, but are not limited to, the following: o Programming: Use PowerBuilder and Oracle PL/SQL skills to enhance Vision application functionalities, generate reports, develop backend processes; create or modify Oracle database program objects (packages, procedures, functions, triggers, tables, etc.) o Testing: Unit testing, creation of test plans and provide testing support for Systems and User testing o Coaching: Provide support and guidance to junior-level programmers in PowerBuilder/SQL or PL/SQL o User Support - Analysis: Work with Court users to determine data needs and to formulate and refine requests o Documentation: Create program specifications and other documentation related to development, procedures or metrics tracking as needed o Analysis: Evaluate requests from Court users or current code repositories to support the most efficient solutions and responses to analytical or statistical needs o Participation: Work within a team environment to learn case processing and collaborate on user requirements and requests Required Skills, Licenses, and Certifications A minimum of 10 years of extensive programming experience with large Oracle databases and large, complex applications using extensive PL/SQL programmingExperience with facilitating, navigating and influencing stakeholders from line staff to senior managementExperience with developing test plans, creating business process flowsKnowledge of Agile methodologies and SDLCExperience with conducting JAD sessions Required Skills : SQL Server,Oracle Additional Skills : Database Developer
