DescriptionResponsibilitiesTeam ManagementDirectly manage and supervise one or more development teamAct in an expert capacity for multiple products and solutionsEstablish and carry out team goals in service to Tyler Wisconsin’s business planDirect and manage team resources efficiently and effectively and in service to Tyler Wisconsin’s business goalsOversee professional development of team membersWork closely with Director of Development to align staffing needs/resourcesSet priorities and define expectations for development teamsSupervise, train and, develop staffSupport and ensure teams are meeting key timelines and milestonesEstablish project management guidelines and processesManage awards and grant submissionsGovernment Customer Relationship ManagementOversee partner relations and foster a positive image of Tyler Wisconsin as a service providerProblem solve and troubleshoot issues/problems for partners when appropriate and necessaryEstablish appropriate communication protocols and parameters for servicing those relationshipsResponsible for global project pipeline and reporting regularly to the General Manager and the Tyler Wisconsin management teamResponsible for understanding and interpreting business objectives and aligning project development activity with business priorities and strategiesOversee the project definition, requirement, and development process in coordination with software development and Director of DevelopmentResponsible for identifying, improving and/or correcting product development process in coordination with software development and Director of DevelopmentServe as a member of the Tyler Wisconsin management team comprising of the General Manager, Director of Development, Director of Product Management, and Director of OperationsProject management for key internal and external projectsCompliance with Sarbanes-Oxley Act, DSS/PCI, and other industry standardsCreate updates and presentations for the eGovernment teamSupport yearly budget and month end processesOther responsibilities assigned by managerSome travel may be requiredQualificationsDegree, or equivalent, preferred in area of specialtyHistory of managing multiple long term development projectsTen years of project management experienceAbility to manage and prioritize multiple projectsExperience communicating with high level partners and stakeholdersExperience creating Project Management standards and improving processes
