Tea Barista and Server

Joseph's Tea is a family owned small business with a beautiful Tea Room in Clearwater FL and a new Tea Bar in Dunedin FL! Our Owners, Shannon and Guerby Joseph run the company daily and are looking to hire someone that is willing to help us grow our small business. As we grow, we want you to grow with us! We are looking for a skilled and friendly Tea Barista and Server to join our team at our Tea Bar location in Dunedin! This position play a big role for creating and providing best customer experience and satisfaction to our amazing guests! Your ultimate goal should be to provide an exceptional guest experience. Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Provide excellent customer services Greet customers and present menus Make suggestions based on their preferences Take, make and serve food/drinks orders Up-sell when appropriate Arrange table settings Keep tables clean and tidy at all times Deliver checks and collect payments Cooperate and communicate with all serving and kitchen staff Adhere to all relevant health department rules/regulations and all customer service guidelines Prepare teas, scones, sandwhiches, dessert, etc. for customers. Cleaning of all workstations, dishes, sweeping, moping dining room. Requirements and qualifications: Person of character that we can build a trust with Experience with developing constructive working and interpersonal relationships with colleagues and customers Critical thinker and problem-solving skills Team player Good time-management skills Great interpersonal and communication skills Active listening Customer-centric High school diploma; food safety training will be considered a plus Knowledge of Tea is a plus, will train We look forward to meeting you!
