Amazing opportunity with lots of room for advancement Position Summary: Administrative assistant/PC IIwill perform clerical and administrative duties, resolve information requests, oversee routine processes while collaborating closely with administrators and other employees to organize files, create correspondence and prepare reports and documents. Key Duties and Responsibilities: Assist in various projects and assignmentsSupport the department in administrative functionsOversee assigned processes and tasksImplement office operations and proceduresManage relationships with office supply vendorsMonitor and maintain office supplies inventoryReview and approve office supply ordersOrganize and schedule meetings and appointmentsWork with operations team to address building maintenance mattersOther duties assigned by the manager Critical Knowledge and Skills: Strong general office skillsComputer literate with ability to effectively use Microsoft Office tools. Experience with Sage is a plus.Excellent interpersonal/communication skills, ability to work with different personalitiesAnswer policy and procedure questionsAbility to make independent decisions daily, addressing the best way to oversee specific tasks. Communicate and collaborate with other administrators, support personnel, management, and outside departments on a regular basis.
