The Assistant Baker works alongside the Head Pastry Chef to execute baking across all three arms of the business: wholesale, catering, and daily production for the retail cafe. Everything is made from scratch, so a solid grasp of baking fundamentals is essential. Daily responsibilities include pre-scaling ingredients, prep work, mixing, baking, and ensuring the freshness and consistency of every product.
