Associate Director, Program Management -Neuromuscular -Remote
For our client, we are seeking a Associate Director Program Management -Neuromuscular -Remote to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This role will drive complex programs from planning through execution with a focus on structure, accountability, and measurable delivery. You will work across business leaders, delivery teams, and strategic partners to align priorities, manage dependencies, and keep initiatives on track. The position offers the opportunity to bring clarity to complex work and deliver outcomes that matter across the organization within a Pharmaceuticals & Biotech environment.Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship availableCompensation: $125,600 – $234,000 annuallyResponsibilities Lead and motivate a team of Case Managers, ensuring their growth and aligning performance with objectives Manage workload to ensure adequate coverage for patients and healthcare providers Identify and implement improvements to enhance the patient and provider experience Collaborate with Central Operations for optimizing CRM system and handling technical issues Monitor team performance using SLAs and KPIs; conduct coaching and performance improvement sessions Act as the primary liaison for all stakeholders involved in the patient journey Collaborate with Training and Documentation teams to develop effective training materialsQualifications Bachelor's Degree required; advanced degree preferred (e.g. PharmD, RPh, PA) 5+ years experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, access/reimbursement, or related industry; at least 2 years in people management/leadership 3+ years of direct provider/caregiver/patient interaction experience Comprehensive knowledge of Case Management and Patient Access Services, understanding of privacy laws including HIPAA Proficient in Microsoft Office tools and CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) Demonstrated experience in hiring, coaching, and managing diverse high-performing teamsBenefits Access to comprehensive medical and financial benefits 401(k) eligibility with company contribution options Various paid time off benefits including vacation, sick leave, and parental leave Potential for a sign-on bonus and stock options as part of compensation packageOur client is an equal opportunity employer.
