Candidates should have proficiency in C++, Python, or another modern programming language. The hiring manager is open to developers from diverse technical backgrounds, including languages such as Java, C#, Go, or even COBOL, as long as the candidate demonstrates strong problem-solving and software development skills.The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of professional experience in software development, debugging, and application support. Responsibilities may include designing, developing, testing, and maintaining software applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, troubleshooting issues, and contributing to system improvements and performance optimization. Experience working in Linux-based environments, version control systems, and software development best practices is preferred. Strong analytical abilities, adaptability, and willingness to learn new technologies are highly valued.
