You must also display excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to interact well with residents, staff members, and family members. M.D. or D.O. degree from an accredited medical schoolDocumented completion of a residency from an accredited institution in an appropriate specialtyBoard certification or Board eligibleCurrent licensure in the state of ConnecticutValid Federal and State Controlled Substance Licenses
